How do I proceed if I want to change or return my bag? 

Start by sending an e-mail to customercare@bukvy.se. Add your order number as the subject of the e-mail.

Bukvy offers free shipping within Europe and the US. In case you want to return or change an item, we will arrange the shipping but the cost will be deducted from your refund. The returning shipping costs are:

From United States: 30 Usd

From Europe: 20 Euro

From Sweden, Denmark, Finland:  15 Euro

From Norway: 30 Euro. Please note that Norway is outside of EU and there will be custom charges added to a purchase that should be refunded if the order is returned. For more information about this, contact the Norwegian custom service. 

We leave a 14 days window for returns and changes.

Note that you are responsible for the shipping until we have received the goods and therefore we recommend you to choose a carrier who provides tracking of packages. 

Note that duties and taxes on orders shipped outside the EU can not be refunded.
The shipping cost is also nonrefundable for orders shipped outside Sweden.

Please note that it may take up to 14 days for us to process and refund your return. 

I have received a faulty product, how do I proceed? 

If you recieve a faulty product, take a photo of your problem and send it to us by e-mail together with a description. Don forget to add your order number. We will answer you within 24 hours. All complaints and comments must be sent to: customercare@bukvy.se

 

Uncollected items

If you do not pick up your goods, we will charge you for delivery, return and storage costs. Uncollected items are not counted as cancellation of your purchase.
