Bukvy offers free shipping within Europe and the USA for all orders over 100 euros. We ship with Postnord within the EU and FedEx in the USA. Please note that we cannot guarantee estimated delivery dates as they are beyond our control. All Bukvy purchases will generate a confirmation email with a trackable link and you will receive a notification when your bag is ready for pickup.

Sweden, Denmark, Finland: Purchases under 100 EUR will be charged 6,9 EUR.
Delivery time: 2-3 days.
Europe: Purchases under 100 EUR will be charged 12,9 EUR.
Delivery time: 2-4 days.
Express shipping: 1-2 days 12 EUR.
United States and Norway: Purchases under 100 EUR will be charged 14,9 EUR.
Delivery time: 2-5 days.
Express shipping: 1-3 days 18$.
Customs fees in the USA: Customs in the USA charges a 9% customs fee on purchases over $800. If you wish to return a purchase, customs should refund this fee. For more information, please contact US customs.
Customs Fees in Norway: Please note that Norway is outside of the EU and purchases will incur customs fees, which should be refunded if you return the order. For more information, please contact Norwegian customs.
Rest of the world: Shipping fee is 45 Euro. Delivery time: 2-7 days. No shipping to Russia. Please contact us if you have a specific request for a specific country.
Returns and Exchanges:
If you wish to return a purchase, please contact email@example.com first. Contact must be made within 7 days of your delivery. Include your order number in the subject line so we can help you as easily as possible.
Return shipping costs will either be deducted from your refund (if we cover shipping, see shipping costs above) or paid by the customer. Note that you are responsible for shipping until we receive the package. It is important that you use a carrier that allows tracking of packages, such as UPS or DHL Express. If you are outside the EU, remember to mark the shipment as a return - otherwise you will have to pay customs fees for the shipment.
Note that duties and taxes are non-refundable for orders shipped outside the EU.
The shipment must be delivered to the doorstep, it is not possible to choose a shipping method where the package is sent to a pickup location.
The product must be returned to us in the same condition in which you received it, including the dust bag and in the same or similar packaging as you received it so that it is not damaged during return shipping. Place the tapes in the bag and fold it as you received it.
Once we have received the item and verified that it is in good condition, we will issue a refund to the same payment/card used to complete the transaction.

I have received a faulty product, what should I do?
If you have received a faulty product, take a photo of your problem, and email it to us along with a description. Do not forget to add your order number. All complaints and comments must be sent to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you do not pick up your item, we will have to charge you for delivery, return and storage. Uncollected items will not be considered a cancellation of your purchase.
