Bukvy offers free shipping within europe and the US for all orders over 100 euro. We ship with Bring within the nordic countries and UPS elsewhere. Please note that we can not guarantee delivery dates. All purchases generades a confirmation e-mail with a trackable link and you will recieve a notice once the package is ready to be collected/delivered.

Sweden, Denmark, Finland: Free shipping with Bring for all orders over 100 euro. Purchases below this amount is charged 4,9 euro. Delivery time: 2-3 days.
Europe: Free shipping with UPS for all orders over 100 euro. Purchases below tihs amount is charged 8 euro. Delivery time: 2-4 days.
Express Shipping: 1-2 days 12 euro.
United States and Norway: Free shipping with UPS for all orders over 100 $. Purchases below this amount is charged 15$. Delivery time: 2-5 days.
Express Shipping: 1-3 days 18$.
Custom charges in the US: The custom declare service in the US charges purchases over 800$ with a 9% custom fee. If you want to return a purchase, the customs should refund this fee. For more information, contact the customs in the USA.
Custom charges in Norway: Please note that Norway is outside of EU and there will be custom charges added to a purchase that should be refunded if the order is returned. For more information about this, contact the Norwegian custom service.
Rest of the world: Shipping charge is 45 euro. Delivery time: 2-7 days. No shipping to Russia. Please contact us if you have a certain request to a specific country.
Returns and Exchanges:
Returns and exchanges has to be done within 14 days after your delivery. The return cost is either deducted from the refund (if we handle the shipping) or paid by the customer.
If you decide to return your purchase, start by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. Add your order number as the subject of the e-mail.
The product has to be in the same condition in which you received it/them and sent back including dustbag in the same or a similar packaging as it came, to not be damaged during the returning transport. Put the straps inside of the bag and fold it the same way as you recieved it.
One we have recieved the item and checked that it is in a good condidtion, we will make a refund to the same payment/card as the transaction was made through.
There are two options for making a return/exchange:
1. Let us handle the shipping.
Sweden, Denmark, Finland; 15 euro
Europe: 29 euro
US and Norway: 49 euro.
2. Manage the shipping yourself
Note that you are responsible for the shipping until we have received the package. It is important to use a carrier who provides tracking of packages, for example UPS or DHL Express. If you are situated outside of EU, remember to tag the shipping as a return of purchase - otherwise you will have to pay custom duties for the shipping.
Note that duties and taxes on orders shipped outside the EU can not be refunded.
Note that any shipping cost is nonrefundable.

The shipment has to be delvered to the door, it is not possible to use a shipping method where the package is sent to a pick-up point.

I have received a faulty product, how do I proceed?
If you recieve a faulty product, take a photo of your problem and send it to us by e-mail together with a description. Don forget to add your order number. We will answer you within 24 hours. All complaints and comments must be sent to: email@example.com
If you do not pick up your goods, we will charge you for delivery, return and storage costs. Uncollected items are not counted as cancellation of your purchase.
